For a double-sided flower locker enquiry, ask for a compartment map showing which side opens for each bouquet. Seeing flowers through two sides of a cabinet is different from collecting them from two sides. Neither description alone establishes that the same compartment opens at both ends.
Micron’s double-sided transparent flower locker page, reviewed on 9 November 2026, describes individual locker compartments on both sides, accessible independently. Its FAQ says customers select on the touchscreen and collect from the corresponding locker compartment on their side.
That wording describes a two-sided collection arrangement. It does not establish a pass-through locker in which one bouquet can be accessed through either of two doors. Request the offered layout rather than inferring the storage arrangement from a transparent product photograph.
Mark the cabinet faces A and B on a drawing. Ask the supplier to show every customer collection door, its compartment identifier and the touchscreen or payment point used to select it.
Then assign the proposed bouquet range to those compartments. Confirm whether customers using one selection point can purchase stock on both faces and, if so, how the interface directs them to the correct door. The public description does not explain every screen-to-door configuration.
If you need replenishment from a staff-only side, state that separately. Independent customer compartments on both faces do not prove rear loading into the same storage space.
A two-sided layout requires a site review that includes both intended collection faces. Put the proposed cabinet position, walls, nearby counters and pedestrian routes on the venue drawing. Ask the supplier for the necessary door-opening, service and ventilation clearances for the quoted configuration.
Check where a customer stands to browse, pay and remove a bouquet. Include the actual wrapped bouquet size in the collection demonstration. A cabinet placed close to a wall may leave a transparent face visible while preventing the intended collection movement.
Our single and double cabinet comparison guide covers the broader distinction between independent and linked units. For this flower design, the important additional document is the face-by-face locker map.
The Micron page also describes a 21.5-inch side advertising screen. Ask the quotation to identify the advertising display and customer selection controls separately, including their positions. An advertising screen does not by itself establish another checkout point.
Count the usable compartments with your approved bouquet dimensions. Do not assume a double-sided cabinet always holds twice as many bouquets as another machine with an unspecified layout. Likewise, two collection faces do not prove support for two simultaneous transactions; ask the supplier to demonstrate any required concurrent use.
Request a demonstration of one selection and collection from each face, using the proposed stock assignment. Check the displayed compartment instruction against the door that opens. Agree how staff handle a customer waiting on the wrong side and where help information will appear.
