“Vending machine wrap” can describe a printed vinyl treatment, while a graphics quotation may instead cover a panel set, a backlit panel or glass-front work. Before comparing prices, identify which physical part of the machine will change and who will fit it.
A logo file and a machine photograph are a starting point for an enquiry. They are not a complete specification for the material, coverage or installation service.
Vendors Exchange’s official graphics page, reviewed on 8 November 2026, lists vending machine wraps, panel sets, backlit panels and glass fronts. Its wrap process describes printing on vinyl, hand application and an overlaminate. These are that supplier’s stated service options, not confirmation of the materials or formats in a WEIMI quotation.
If you want a vinyl wrap, ask which cabinet surfaces it covers and whether the quote includes protective finishing and application. If you want a panel set, ask exactly which panels are included and whether it means printed material for existing panels or supplied replacement parts. Do not assume that “set” identifies the same scope across sellers.
For backlit or glass-front work, identify the actual panel and machine model. Ask the supplier to confirm the intended material, dimensions, mounting arrangement and compatibility. A graphic described as backlit does not establish that an existing machine has suitable illumination, and a glass-front option should not be treated as a sticker that can be placed anywhere on a viewing window.
The Vendors Exchange page makes this service distinction explicit. Its equipment-order option has the print shop apply graphics as the order moves through production. Its DIY option prints the graphics and ships them to a buyer refreshing machines on location.
These are different deliveries. For an applied order, ask for images of the completed machine before shipment and compare the covered surfaces with the approved quote. For print-only supply, name who will check the machine, prepare the surface and install the material. Ask the graphics provider for its applicable instructions rather than assuming fitting is included in the printed price.
This distinction matters when replacing the appearance of an existing machine. Supply the exact model and current photographs, and disclose old graphics or damaged surfaces. Ask the provider to assess the intended application; this article does not establish whether a new film can be placed over an old finish.
Vendors Exchange names its own VendArmour overlaminate and publishes performance claims for that offering. Those statements belong to its product and process. They do not establish a generic lifetime for vending wraps, prove that another film performs the same way or confirm the material supplied by WEIMI.
Request the actual material and finish specification, cleaning guidance and warranty terms for your quote. Explain the location and exposure conditions. Keep the cabinet’s suitability for the site separate from the graphics material: outdoor graphics do not turn indoor equipment into an outdoor-rated machine.
Obtain the drawing or template for the exact cabinet configuration and mark the surfaces included in the graphics order. Keep product viewing areas, controls, ventilation, access and required labels usable. Our custom-branding approval guide covers that layout review.
Then agree the production file requirements. A small screen image may not contain enough detail for a large cabinet print; changing a resolution label alone does not add image detail. The image size and printed-size guide explains that separate artwork issue.
Tell WEIMI whether this is a new equipment order or a proposed refresh of an existing cabinet. Provide the machine identification, surfaces you want branded, available artwork and destination. Ask which graphics formats, material choices and fitting services are available for that specific project.
Request a written quote separating design, printed materials or panels, application and transport. This review does not promise that WEIMI offers every format or a local wrap-installation service. Get My Custom Quote.
