In-Wall Vending Machine: Does the Proposal Include Rear Loading?

Separate a shop-facing vending layout from the documented replenishment system and site installation plan.

An in wall vending machine request should explain where the customer buys and where the operator replenishes the stock. A machine placed beside a shop wall does not automatically have a rear-loading system, and a rear-loading product description does not by itself approve a wall opening.

SandenVendo’s Back-Loader page provides a documented example of loading directly from inside a shop. This review uses that published equipment description to clarify a purchase brief. It is not a report of a WEIMI installation or a building design.

What the documented rear-loading format does

SandenVendo describes its Back-Loading system as allowing products to be loaded from inside the shop into the vending machine. The page presents butcher shops as an intended use and also mentions pharmacies, bakeries and other retail settings.

That establishes an offered inside-shop replenishment route. The manufacturer's workload and hygiene statements remain its claims; this article does not report measured time savings, temperature stability or hygiene outcomes. Product and site suitability still need their own review.

For a rear loading vending machine proposal, ask the supplier to show the exact loading opening, shelf access and stock route on the offered model. Identify which tasks can be performed from the shop side and which require access elsewhere. Do not assume that loading, payment servicing and all maintenance share one access route.

Cabinet dimensions are not a wall-cutout drawing

The page’s Back Loader Master 10 table lists 1830 × 1125 × 935 mm in height, width and depth. It gives 340 kg as the standard machine’s net weight without options. These are identified cabinet specifications, not the size of an approved opening in your building.

Obtain a configuration-specific installation drawing before deciding how the equipment meets the wall. Ask the supplier to identify the cabinet boundary, customer-facing fittings, replenishment access and required service space. Have the responsible site professionals review the actual proposed installation and building requirements.

A flush-looking photograph cannot settle structural support, sealing, ventilation or access requirements. This review supplies no universal clearance, wall thickness or alteration instructions. Those details must be resolved for the exact equipment and site.

Keep shelf layout and dispensing options visible

The Master 10 table describes ten selections per shelf, four to six shelves and a maximum of sixty selections. A maximum is not the confirmed layout for every order or the number of physical packs that your assortment will hold.

The same page lists Speedy Lift, belt system, rotary system and other items under Options. Ask which mechanism is actually included and have the intended finished packs reviewed against that configuration. Do not combine every listed option into an assumed standard machine.

Back loading vending changes the replenishment route; it does not establish that every package can be dispensed by the selected mechanism. Keep the loading demonstration and customer delivery demonstration as separate questions in the purchase brief.

Plan the shop side as a working area

Draw the route from incoming stock to the machine’s loading side. Include the space needed to perform the agreed refill task and keep the customer-facing route visible on the same plan. Our vending store backroom guide explains the broader receiving, storage and replenishment discussion.

Door movement also needs a model-specific answer. The door opening and task-access review explains why a closed cabinet footprint cannot prove usable service access.

Write the requested supply clearly

Ask for a proposal identifying the machine model, loading direction, agreed shelf arrangement, supplied dispensing options and installation documentation. Keep building work and equipment supply responsibilities explicit. If the public-facing side is exposed to outdoor conditions, obtain suitability confirmation for that location rather than inferring it from the ability to refill indoors.

For a WEIMI enquiry, send a measured site plan, photographs, finished product details and the desired customer and replenishment routes. Ask whether WEIMI offers a supported configuration for that brief. SandenVendo’s described Back-Loader functions are not confirmed WEIMI capabilities. Get My Custom Quote.
