Liquid Detergent Vending Machine Capacity: What Does a 300L Listing Tell You?

Check the product-by-product tank allocation before planning a refill station

When comparing a liquid detergent vending machine, a large storage figure is easy to notice. It is less useful if the quote does not show how much of that storage is available to each product. Before planning purchases and refill visits around a number such as 300L, ask for the tank layout and the product assigned to each tank.

What the published 300L example actually states

Haloo's HL-D005 supplier listing gives storage capacity as 300L. Its specification table separately lists selling goods as 4–6 kinds, with 1L and 2L quantities. The page also describes a bring-your-own-bottle concept.

Those statements identify a bulk liquid retail proposal. They do not provide a tank-by-tank capacity schedule. In particular, the table does not establish that every listed product receives an equal share of the 300L, or that the full stated storage quantity is available for every product independently.

The same page uses “4 Choices” in its product-description heading while the table says 4–6 kinds. Ask which exact configuration the supplier is quoting. Keep the selected tank count, outlet arrangement and individual capacities in the order specification rather than choosing a convenient interpretation of the catalogue wording.

Ask for a product-by-product storage schedule

Request a drawing or schedule that identifies each tank, its stated capacity, its assigned detergent and the outlet it supplies. Ask whether the quoted capacity describes nominal storage or an amount available for sale under the specified operating procedure. Any residual quantity, minimum operating level or refill allowance needs the supplier's confirmation.

Do not assume equal tank sizes or divide total capacity equally among the product choices. Different product demand may also require different refill timing. A total-capacity label alone cannot show which product would run low first.

Include the exact detergent formulation and its supplier handling information in the brief. The tank arrangement must be assessed with the actual intended liquids. A catalogue description of detergent, soap or lotion does not establish that every formulation is compatible with the same seals, tubing or pump.

Separate the sale quantity from the storage quantity

The HL-D005 table's 1L and 2L entries describe listed selling quantities. They are not a per-tank storage figure and do not establish a universal dose for a washing machine. If your requirement is a small wash dose, adjustable customer-selected volume or a different container size, obtain written confirmation instead of assuming the catalogue configuration supports it.

TCN's liquid detergent machine page describes customers bringing a bottle and selecting a product and amount on a touchscreen. That is a separate manufacturer's description. It does not confirm the same quantity-selection behavior on HL-D005 or on a WEIMI machine.

Build the refill plan from confirmed product paths

For each product, agree how staff identify the correct tank, replenish it and check that the matching outlet and screen selection are correct. Ask what the machine does when that product is unavailable, and how the operator knows a refill is needed. These are proposed procurement questions; the cited listings do not establish every answer.

Before acceptance, request a demonstration of the chosen sale quantities using the specified liquid and container arrangement. Record the product, settings, measured output and any interruption or incomplete-fill behavior. Follow the equipment and liquid suppliers' approved handling and cleaning instructions. No test results, quantity accuracy guarantee or trade-measurement approval are reported here.

A refill interval needs confirmed usable storage and actual or clearly labelled estimated demand for each liquid. The published 300L figure cannot establish sales, an operating period or a return on investment by itself.

Send the right equipment brief

For a detergent refill vending machine, share the liquids, intended sale quantities, customer-container approach and requested tank allocation. For sealed packs instead, use the separate laundry detergent vending pack guide. These are different equipment requirements.

Send WEIMI the destination and product schedule to discuss feasibility and receive written confirmation of the available configuration: Get My Custom Quote. The third-party examples above do not establish a WEIMI bulk-liquid product specification or a completed customer installation.
