Vending Machine Price List: Dated Model Examples for Buyers

Compare published US-dollar model prices without confusing a sale listing, a different machine format or delivery extras.

If you are looking for a price list for vending machine purchases, start with named models rather than one broad industry range. On 8 November 2026, the official seller pages reviewed below displayed snack-machine listings from USD 1,495 and a coffee-and-snack model at USD 11,950. Those are specific offers for different machines, not the low and high ends of a measured market average.

All figures below are advertised US-dollar prices observed on that date. They are third-party seller prices, not WEIMI quotations. Recheck the linked source, selected configuration and written order before paying.

Published vending machine prices by model

Vending World's candy and snack catalogue describes its selection as refurbished models. The exact board, shelf and sensing details in each listing matter.

Seller and listed model Displayed price, USD Detail to retain when comparing
Vending World: National Vendors 147 1,495 sale; 1,695 regular InOne MDB board, one candy tray, black; the lower number is a sale price.
Vending World: Automatic Products LCM3 1,695 MDB, one candy shelf; snack-machine listing.
Vending World: National Vendors 168 Sure Vend 2,495 MDB board, one candy shelf, Sure Vend named in the listing.
Vending World: Crane National 187 Merchant Media 3,495 Merchant Media snack-machine listing.
VMFS USA: Smart Combo Vending Machine 4,950 Combo format; confirm the selected options and product setup.
VMFS USA: NEO PRO AI Cooler Vending Machine 3,950 AI cooler format; do not treat it as the same dispensing system as a snack cabinet.
VMFS USA: Coffee & Snack Vending Machine 11,950 Coffee-and-snack format; confirm the equipment and site requirements in the offer.

The last three prices appear in VMFS USA's official homepage machine selection. These seven entries are a small, dated set of published offers. They do not establish an average price, a recommended budget or a performance ranking.

Why two prices for the same model number can differ

A model number alone is not enough to match offers. In the same Vending World catalogue, a National Vendors 168 with an MDB board and two candy shelves is listed at USD 2,295, while the one-candy-shelf Sure Vend listing above is USD 2,495. A buyer should keep those descriptions attached to the numbers rather than reduce both to “National 168”. The catalogue does not prove which configuration is right for your products.

For a refurbished machine, ask the seller to identify the actual unit, refurbishment work, supplied payment equipment and parts coverage. For a configured machine, ask which choices change the displayed price. A missing specification is a question for the seller, not evidence that an accessory is included.

Read the delivery promise beside the purchase price

VMFS USA displays a Free Shipping label on its Smart Combo product card. Its homepage footer separately says white-glove inside delivery, unpacking and placement are available at extra cost, and installation is not included. A shipping label therefore should not be read as confirmation that every delivery and setup task is covered.

Ask for a written price tied to your delivery address and access conditions. Identify freight, unloading, inside placement and installation separately, together with any taxes and payment-service charges applicable to the order. These pages do not establish one universal delivered price for every destination.

Turn the price list into a useful shortlist

First choose the selling format and the goods you need to handle. Comparing an AI cooler directly with a coffee-and-snack cabinet on purchase price alone leaves out the reason for buying either machine. Send the seller product dimensions, packaging, storage needs and the proposed location before asking for a final configuration.

Then request one written offer showing the model, condition, selected options, payment equipment, delivery scope and validity date. Keep a sale price separate from a regular price and a monthly finance illustration separate from a cash purchase amount.

For the wider funding plan, see our vending machine project budget guide. If you are deciding which kind of seller to approach, the manufacturer and supplier buying-route comparison covers that separate decision.

For a WEIMI proposal, provide the products, destination, storage conditions and payment requirements. The third-party prices above do not set a WEIMI price or establish equivalent specifications. Get My Custom Quote.
