Custom Vending Artwork Approval: Check the Installed View, Not Just the File

Review branding where panels, doors and customer instructions meet.

Artwork approval for a custom vending machine involves physical context. A design can look balanced on a screen while a door seam divides a sentence or a service panel removes an important instruction. Ask for a proof related to the offered cabinet drawing.

Review the cabinet as separate surfaces

Identify each panel and the applicable artwork area. Confirm which dimensions are final and which are provisional. Ask the manufacturer how hinges, openings, vents and removable parts affect the artwork. Do not place critical customer information where routine access may hide or remove it.

Read the customer instructions in sequence

Check that selection, payment and collection instructions match the approved operating flow. Have the person responsible for the destination language review the text. A slogan should not make an unsupported claim about product performance or payment availability.

Approve a named revision

Record the file name, revision and approval date. Specify what the proof confirms: placement, wording, color reference or another agreed property. A digital preview alone does not establish the appearance of a particular printed material under site lighting.

If cabinet geometry changes later, reopen the affected artwork review. Keep an approved source file and the final production proof in the project handover so replacement panels can be ordered against the correct revision.
