Clearances built for a shift pattern
Rules follow the worker, not the machine — so one station serves the whole site, line to front office.
- Role-based clearances. → Define which items each role may draw — a line operator takes gloves only; a welder also draws welding gloves and a face shield.
- Daily & monthly allowances. → Cap quantities per role; set once and the machine enforces it.
- Shift-time windows. → Allow issue only during permitted hours to match each crew and cut off-hours leakage.
- Automatic monthly reset. → Allowance points reset at the start of every month for every position.
- Who-drew-what reporting. → Every issue records worker, line, item and time; export full reports remotely.
