A beverage sample set should reveal differences that affect handling. Two drinks with the same volume can have different diameters, shoulders, surface materials and weights. Selecting samples only by brand or liquid volume can miss the package that constrains the configuration.
Include the widest and tallest containers, unusual shoulders and any flexible bottle. Record full package dimensions and filled weight. Provide the final sleeve, cap and promotional attachments where relevant. Ask the supplier which further information its validation process requires.
Keep each sample identifiable. A test result should refer to the exact package and the equipment arrangement, not simply to “water” or “soda.”
Ask for a supplier-authorized demonstration of loading, selection, delivery and customer pickup for the offered format. Record the approved orientation and location. A successful demonstration with one bottle does not establish compatibility for every can or package revision.
Do not adjust mechanical parts or create improvised jam tests. Use the manufacturer's procedure and record limitations openly.
Link the sample record to the assortment list used by purchasing and replenishment staff. Review substitutions before loading them. Use the main cold-drinks selection guide to connect package evidence with site requirements and the written WEIMI proposal.
Explore the WEIMI drink vending category or discuss the equipment requirements.
