Locker Vending Acceptance: Build a Compartment-by-Compartment Record

A practical evidence sheet for the configuration being delivered.

Acceptance should establish that the delivered locker vending configuration meets the agreed project scope. A brief demonstration of one door cannot confirm the complete bank. Prepare a structured record with the supplier before testing begins.

Identify the delivered configuration

Record the cabinet identifiers, compartment schedule and relevant software or controller information supplied for the project. Attach the approved product samples and layout. Keep the agreed requirements separate from optional capabilities described in broader sales material.

Observe the agreed tasks

Use authorized procedures to demonstrate customer access, routine loading and any essential configured features. Match physical door identifiers to the system references. Check representative product loading and removal against the approved sample record.

For each test, record the expected outcome, observation and result. Do not mark a feature as demonstrated merely because its setting appears in an interface. Where testing requires a payment provider or another party, assign the responsibility in advance.

Resolve exceptions explicitly

List incomplete or unsuccessful checks with a responsible party and a condition for closure. Avoid unsafe fault simulation and do not bypass manufacturer procedures to create a result. If a function cannot yet be tested, record it as pending.

The handover should include operator instructions, support contacts and the evidence needed for the buyer's acceptance decision. Use this record with the main procurement guide when reviewing a WEIMI delivery; it does not replace model-specific commissioning instructions or local installation requirements.
